📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train the restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Control inventory and ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
