📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and follow-up activities.,Maintain and update the company's customer database and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to foster long-term relationships.,Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the same industry.,Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
