This role is based in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, and offers a competitive salary package of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fueling.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including driver training and safety inspections.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance requirements.,Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
