📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of geologists and support staff in geological exploration and resource evaluation activities.
• Develop and implement geological strategies to identify and evaluate potential gold deposits.
• Conduct fieldwork, including geological mapping, sampling, and geophysical surveys.
• Analyze geological data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate geological findings into the overall mining plan.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in geological exploration and resource evaluation techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in geological exploration and resource evaluation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and evaluating gold deposits.
• Strong knowledge of geological software, including Surpac, Vulcan, and Leapfrog.
• Certification in geological exploration and resource evaluation (e.g., CPG, CSPG, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with mining regulations and environmental standards in Indonesia.
