📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and concierge services.
• Manage front office operations, including reservations, guest inquiries, and guest relations.
• Ensure accurate and timely guest records using hotel management software such as Cendyn and Guestline.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order in the hotel.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and dining options to enhance guest recommendations.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or butler role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a focus on luxury and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as Cendyn, Guestline, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
