📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet sales targets and customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage and develop a team of store managers, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
• Conduct regular store audits to monitor sales, inventory, and customer service quality.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with regional managers and headquarters to align store operations with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores or large retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, or similar systems.
• Understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
