Crystal City Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Guru to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to support our teaching staff and contribute to the educational growth of our students.

As an Assistant Guru, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson planning, conducting activities, and providing support to students both in and out of the classroom.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation.
  • Conducting classroom activities and supporting students during lessons.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
  • Assisting with the preparation and grading of student assignments.
  • Supporting students with special needs or learning difficulties.
  • Assisting with the organization and maintenance of the classroom.
  • Participating in school events and extracurricular activities.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Teacher or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
  • Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
