Bidang Gilang Store is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position located in Dili, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Plan and organize daily operations to meet company goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
