📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring high-quality food production
• Help with food presentation, garnishing, and plating to meet our restaurant’s high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and utensils
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure
• Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a commis chef, kitchen assistant, or similar role (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for cooking and desire to learn and grow in the culinary field
