📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate vessel schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of shipping documents and manifests.
• Monitor vessel performance and report any issues to the relevant departments.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel movements and customer interactions.
• Assist in the organization of customer meetings and events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in shipping and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or vessel coordination roles.
• Proficient in using SAP and Navisphere for vessel scheduling and customer data management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid Simcard (SIM) and driving license.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
