📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Prepare ingredients and maintain the kitchen inventory.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen equipment.,Support the kitchen team in achieving daily production targets.,Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.
