📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the recipe and menu.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage inventory and order food supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain cooking equipment and utensils.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Participate in shift rotations and cover for the Head Cook when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook.
  • Experience in Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
