📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with various operating systems and applications.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
