📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, including TOGAF or similar methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in enterprise architecture.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and team members on enterprise architecture principles and practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Present architecture proposals to senior management and advocate for the best technical solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise architecture initiatives to ensure they meet business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects.
• Certification in enterprise architecture, such as TOGAF, PMP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and software, including Archi, Sparx Systems, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
