📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
• Consult with guests to understand their specific needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including traditional Balinese massages, facials, body wraps, and more.
• Provide aftercare advice to guests to ensure they continue their wellness journey at home.
• Assist in the organization and execution of wellness workshops and events.
• Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and aftercare notes.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the spa industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in the wellness industry.
• Certification in at least one of the following: Balinese massage, Swedish massage, or deep tissue massage.
• Knowledge of traditional Balinese healing techniques and modern wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult with and build rapport with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules.
• Familiarity with spa software and tools such as SpaFinder, ReZolve, or similar.
• Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
