📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed and are returned on time.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure all required documentation is up-to-date.,Resolve any issues or conflicts related to the fleet management process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
