Berjaya Snack is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. This is a full-time position located in Menteng, Jakarta, with a competitive salary package of Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 20.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee the performance management system and conduct regular performance reviews.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Oversee the training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage the payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
