📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management and stock control.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
