📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the mechanic shop, ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.,Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from minor repairs to major overhauls.,Manage a team of mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate records of all repairs and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles to extend their lifespan and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicles are ready for use and to address any issues that may arise.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of mechanics.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, including diagnostic tools and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
