📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer orders.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety and hygiene.,Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and customer expectations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
