📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist store managers in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Support marketing initiatives, including promotions, customer engagement, and social media activities.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports and sales data.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all pet owners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferably with a focus on retail operations).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the pet products industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
