📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.,Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules, and present them to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.,Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and design teams.,Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.,Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
