📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.
  • Report on training progress and outcomes to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with training management systems and software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.
  • Passionate about helping others grow and develop.
