🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale change programs.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.,Understanding of financial services industry and banking operations is a plus.
