📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process.,Ensure the quality and accuracy of products by following standard operating procedures.,Monitor production schedules and meet daily production targets.,Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns.,Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.,Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and machinery performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Familiarity with CNC machines and other advanced manufacturing equipment.,Strong knowledge of quality control and production standards.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate machinery in various terrains.,Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
