📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and implement technical writing standards and guidelines,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
