📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies for government operations.
• Oversee the digitization of public services, including e-governance, e-participation, and e-service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities, to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to enhance the capacity and capabilities of the Regional Digitalization Center.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung at national and international forums on digital governance.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation to drive innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital governance, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including GIS, ERP, CRM, and data analytics software.
• Certifications in digital governance, project management, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
