📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high quality and consistency,Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance,Manage cash handling and transactions accurately,Assist in stock management and inventory control,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques,Participate in training and development programs,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant software,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg),Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
