📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Manage guest reservations and check-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to service standards
- Train and mentor new team members on customer service best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid SIM card and reliable transportation
