📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze budget forecasts and financial projections to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documents, and maintain proper control over financial operations.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team, including the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in high-rise building management or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
